Pharmaceutical Chemist Biologist who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry in companies such as Biomédica Mexicana S.A de C.V., working as an analytical chemist, coordinating activities in the area of medical device analysis, which include, among others; development and updating of analytical/microbiological methods; tests to verify the conformity of components, Monitoring of Good Manufacturing Practices; Administering stability tests; Verifying finished product for sale. Management of FEUM, and monographs, as well as the standards NOM-059, NOM-073, NOM-072, NOM 241.
He has certification from UNAM in topics related to unit operations in the Pharmaceutical Industry, applications in biotechnology, cosmetics and medicines, as well as in biopharmacy and clinical biochemistry.
He completed his social service in the Pharmacy area in Complex E of the Chemistry faculty where he worked with natural products developing activities such as; purification of solvents, preparation of extracts from plants for later fractionation and purification using HPLC techniques.
He has dedicated himself to the commercial branch, specifically in the dispensing of medicines working for OPERADORA WALMART SRL DE CV. and Fármacos Especializadas S.A de C.V.
He has taken courses on Pharmaceutical Legislation, which involve the knowledge and analysis of Mexican official standards, treaties and laws related to the pharmaceutical field that allow understanding the classification of medicines, and health supplies, preparation of Dossier before COFEPRIS and intellectual property issues.
Highlights include different courses given by the WIPO; IMPI; AMPPI; and the Institute of Chemistry of the UNAM, as well as webinars related to pharmacovigilance and regulatory matters given by Research Pro, among others.
Currently he works as a Patent Analyst Agent, in the area of intellectual property working in our legal firm, responding to official actions issued during the substantive examination, searches in national and international databases, elaboration of patentability análisis, Freedom to Operate, Patent Clearance, among others, as well as in technical translation and technical support in Patent Litigation Proceedings.
