Attorney and Master at Law, graduated from the University of the Americas A.C. (UDLA), Mexico City with academic excellence and Master’s Degree in Industrial Property, Copyright and New Technologies from the Panamericana University. She has taken different courses in Intellectual Property matters at different Universities and Institutions.
She has extensive professional experience in advising and processing distinctive signs, franchises, drafting of contracts for the assignment of rights and licenses of use, system of oppositions and negotiation of coexistence agreements.
She is currently in charge of the firm’s national trademark area and her main function is to support and provide advice for the application and obtaining of the registration of distinctive signs before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), including its maintenance and legal defense.
